She has developed strong, positive relationships with insurance carriers and spends time researching products, industry innovations and other means by which the client/carrier relationship can be enhanced.
Barb has served on several boards, including acting as past President of Insurance Women of Omaha, past President of Big Red Nebraska NetVU User Group, past Board of Director for the Omaha Chapter of Chartered Property Casualty Underwriters (CPCU), past President of Independent Insurance Agents of Omaha and past Chairman of the Executive Board of NetVU (National User Group of Vertafore products). In 1998 Barb was awarded “Insurance Woman of the Year” by Insurance Women of Omaha. And she's always up for a challenge -- change, she says, is good for the organization, helping us face the future unafraid to try new things.
