SilverStone Group Receives 2018 E&O Plus Quality Management Award

Our commitment to excellence is an ever-evolving process. It can be arduous, but the rewards are always worth the effort. Over 20 years ago, SilverStone Group joined PAR, Ltd. and put quality management at the forefront of our operations initiative. This prompted some significant changes in the way we consult with our clients, communicate with everyone and manage internal issues. This action was taken in steps, some large and some small. New processes were put in place that are still being adjusted today. These adjustments are a vital part of our development and growth.

After a few years of hard work and change management, we received our first E&O Plus Quality Management Award, which recognizes continued dedication and a disciplined approach to following quality management principles. It was an honor for our entire Firm and set the standard for us going forward. We are still excited about the process and recently received the E&O Plus Quality Management Award for 2018 – our 15th consecutive award! Our clients benefit from our commitment to excellence, our consistent communication and our alliance with our E&O Plus partners, Assurex Global, The Council of Insurance Agents & Brokers (CIAB) and Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty. These partners support our efforts and provide expert guidance as we navigate this ongoing process.

None of this progress would be accomplished without the hard work and commitment from our talented Associates. Our people have gained the knowledge and discipline to perform at their highest levels, and this award is an affirmation of a job well done. This has been a team effort involving the entire Firm, and I thank each one of you!
