It takes nerves of steel and great concentration to be a successful golfer. Dave’s 10 years in the golf industry, including nine years as a PGA assistant professional and teaching professional, developed more than his putting skills — it gave him valuable insight into the inner workings of the outdoor recreation industry and makes him uniquely qualified to work with golf courses, country clubs and hunting preserves.
While building the Medalist Golf Program, Dave spent a year researching the golf insurance market on a national and international level. The end result is a “hybrid” program that offers the most comprehensive and cost-effective solution to ensure that your club’s assets are protected. Dave’s industry knowledge garnered through his years as a PGA professional give his clients the added value of working with a broker who has a thorough grasp of their business. Many of the top private clubs and public facilities in the United States have entrusted their facilities’ risk management to Dave and the Medalist Team.
Dave came to SilverStone Group with a heritage in the insurance industry (his grandfather was an insurance agent in New York for over 50 years). He specifically enjoys being part of a dynamic team, built on mutual respect for both clients and coworkers, and on our tradition of exceptional service.
Dave has worked at national tournament venues such as The International at Castle Pines Golf Club and the Western Junior Amateur at Denver Country Club, and at notable courses such as Torrey Pines in La Jolla, California and Grayhawk Golf Club in Scottsdale, Arizona.
While living in Denver, Dave worked with “Open Fairways,” a charitable organization that introduces disadvantaged, inner-city youth to the game of golf. Since 2005, Dave has been the Division Leader for the Annual Membership Drive for Omaha’s Henry Doorly Zoo.
Dave fills out his foursome at home with his wife and two golf-crazed sons who, despite being younger than 5, each have their own set of clubs!

Born and raised in the Midwest, Lyndsay knows the value of hard work and loyalty. For more than six years, she has dedicated herself to SilverStone Group’s mission and clients. Specializing in property and casualty insurance and risk management, she understands the importance of providing detailed, accurate information and a quick turnaround time.
Clients appreciate Lyndsay’s ability to simplify insurance-related tasks. She works hard to make sure clients understand their policies and are comfortable with claims resolution. Her clients can count on her to handle their needs in an efficient and timely manner.
Lyndsay obtained her Certified Insurance Counselor designation in November 2010 and is involved in Young Agents of Nebraska. She received her Certified Aviation Insurance Professional (CAIP) designation in February of 2012. She is one of less than 100 people in the country that hold this title. She spends her free time traveling and chasing after her two young children, who she hopes to raise with the same Midwestern values as she was raised with.
