Bob says that his best “out-of-office” days are spent on long road trips with “the guys” on their Harleys. Sounds like a pretty good time.
Now, however, Bob stays busy helping SilverStone Group’s construction industry clients manage risk and mitigate exposures. The Harley gets out less than he’d like (although he admits to visiting Sturgis once in awhile).
With a 30-year career in the insurance/risk management field, 16 with Peter Kiewit and Sons, followed by a post-retirement stint as the owner of a private consulting service, Bob has found his niche — drilling down into a client’s daily operations to thoroughly understand how the risks encountered can affect the organization’s bottom line. And Bob has the experience and expertise to know how best to modify an organization’s risk management and insurance program to lessen risk for construction clients.
No matter what the situation, Bob is ready and willing to help, bringing expert analytical strategies to find solutions that really work.

Jill has a history with SilverStone Group that spans over 20 years. The reason this has been such a lasting relationship? In her words, “SilverStone Group has a great culture. The people are fun, smart, kind and really care about each other.”
The camaraderie Jill experiences within the office she takes and extends to her customers as part of her commitment to client satisfaction. She loves talking to and visiting her clients. Having this type of relationship enables her to really understand their businesses and their exposures. Her vast knowledge of the industry and her resourcefulness helps her identify solutions for her client’s evolving coverage needs.
Speaking of evolving, Jill has several exciting thoughts for what she would like to do when she someday retires from the corporate world. She dreams of volunteering for the Henry Doorly Zoo or traveling the country working for the National Park Service. One thing’s for sure, she’ll keep it fun!
