Pam is great at solving problems. She has more than 20 years of experience in the personal lines insurance arena, specializing in VIP and complex accounts. Pam’s knowledge and experience in the personal insurance industry help her make a difference to the owners of many of the premier homes across the United States. She also enjoys helping her prestigious clients find solutions to protect their collectibles and other fine arts.

Pam previously worked as an underwriter for Crum & Forster and was an Area Manager/Vice President during her 10 years with Alexander and Alexander.

Pam has been involved with several professional and civic associations including the American Cancer Society, Girls Inc., Omaha Food Bank, TeamMates and the Independent Insurance Agents of Omaha. When she’s not helping clients, Pam enjoys gardening, knitting, decorating and spending time with her extended “Irish” family.

Amy started with SilverStone Group as an Account Manager in 2007.  Her goal has always been to provide exemplary customer service as well as thorough and detailed risk analyses for her clients.

With many years of experience in the insurance industry, Mary could be called an expert! She started working at SilverStone Group 13 years ago and has become an invaluable member of the Private Client Services Team.

As an Account Manager, Mary is responsible for selling new accounts through referrals and rounding of existing accounts. She also markets and administers existing accounts to renew expirations and extend or expand coverage, serving clients throughout the process. Mary prides herself on listening to customers and then making recommendations for their specific insurance needs. She strives to go above and beyond by making herself available to clients at any time via phone or e-mail. 

When Mary isn’t devoting her time to work, she enjoys reading and golfing.

Angie has worked in the insurance industry for 9 years, 8 of which have focused primarily on personal insurance. She has experience writing proposals and policies for both the affluent and general markets. She received her Property and Casualty license over 6 years ago and understands the importance of providing accurate information and a quick  turnaround time.

 Angela prides herself on her clients’ satisfaction and strives to provide them with the highest level of service. Her clients can count on her to handle their needs in an efficient and timely manner. This level of service makes Angela an integral member of the Personal Insurance Team.

Pamela has been with SilverStone Group since 2010 and has recently stepped into the role of Account Administrator for the Personal Insurance Team after obtaining her Property & Casualty license. In this position, she will provide service to existing clients including changes to their policies and assistance with renewals. Pamela will also assist in new business marketing and preparation of quotes and proposals. Her professionalism and strong organizational skills allow her to establish trustworthy relationships with clients while providing excellent customer service. 

Pamela is on the board for the Nebraska Chapter of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and was an integral part in coordinating their 2012 Links for a Cause golf fundraiser. She previously held the position of Multi-Media Specialist and First Impressions Coordinator.
