Whenever you’re not getting the results you’re looking for, it’s likely a crucial conversation is keeping you stuck. Crucial Conversations is a two-day course that teaches skills for creating alignment and agreement by fostering open dialogue around high-stakes, emotional or risky topics – at all levels of your organization. By learning how to speak and be heard (and encouraging others to do the same), you’ll uncover ideas, make high-quality decisions and then act on them with unity and commitment.

Strategic HR Leadership Forum
This HR Strategic Leadership Forum is designed to help us break from those distractions and ensure we are driving holistic, visionary HR initiatives that encourage the success of our organizations. HRAM and SilverStone Group are partnering to increase our strategic HR perspective including teaming up with other experts to help provide perspective on relevant HR topics. These forums will be eligible for strategic certification credit.

Presentation Skills Workshop: Connecting With Your Audience
Presentation skills enhance people’s ability to lead. This 2-day intensive workshop is designed to sharpen formal, as well as informal, presentation skills. Managers and supervisors can learn to speak clearly to their team. Others will discover they, too, can make a difference through their words.

Participants will learn to give confident and coherent presentations and to handle a question and answer session effectively. Each participant will write and conduct several presentations and receive immediate feedback.
