Ty Callahan is a Project Consultant working in collaboration with SilverStone Group to provide assistance in the area of executive development.
He has 17 years of professional experience in the area of personality and cognitive assessment. He specializes in executive coaching and personality assessment for selection, succession, and development. Originally trained as a neuropsychologist, Ty’s expertise lies in understanding the relationship between brain function and behavior.
Ty began coaching 10 years ago, and opened his own company in 2003. He has participated in efforts involving culture change, team building, retention, customer service, sales performance and positive leadership. Ty is passionate about translating the best of behavioral science into sensible human capital solutions that improve the world of work for everyone. He strives to keep up with the latest research while remembering that the “real world” of business is the final arbiter. Ty believes that enjoying work and improving performance can go hand in hand.
Ty is a member of several professional organizations, including The Society of Consulting Psychology, The American Psychological Association and The American Academy of Clinical Neuropsychology.
