Nancy Hirschfeld is a Project Consultant working in collaboration with SilverStone Group to provide assistance in the area of executive development.
Nancy is an organizational consultant and executive coach with over 20 years of experience. Her expertise includes consulting with Fortune 100 companies, as well as small- to mid-sized businesses. Nancy’s key consulting areas consist of leadership development, executive coaching and mentoring, recruitment and selection, corporate and individual outplacement and career self-management.
A former human resource executive in the manufacturing, telecommunications and retail industries, Nancy brings a wealth of tactical and strategic understanding to her approach. Nancy has been a practicing organizational consultant and coach for the last 15 years. She began her consulting career with the world’s largest organizational and human resource consulting firm, eventually opening her own practice, which she has successfully run for the last nine years.
Nancy is the owner of Presidents Advisory Roundtable (PAR). PAR was founded in 2003 and serves small- to mid-sized employers in the Omaha and Lincoln areas. PAR provides a confidential forum for business owners and presidents to help each other improve the operation of their companies. Membership is by invitation and care is taken to place members into the PAR group that best fits their business. Each
PAR member receives a personal monthly coaching session to follow up on action items specific to their needs. SilverStone Group began co-sponsoring PAR in August
of 2009.
