Max Rudolph is a Project Consultant working in collaboration with SilverStone Group to provide assistance in the area of Risk Assessment and Enterprise Risk Management.
Max is the founder of Rudolph Financial Consulting, LLC. His focus is on risk management tools that help organizations to better communicate their risk management practices, using common sense to make better decisions. Over 25 years of financial modeling expertise has led to the creation of best practices related to enterprise risk management (ERM), asset liability management (ALM), liquidity, capital management and emerging risks. Max is an award-winning author who regularly writes and presents on risk management and investment topics.
Max is also active in the continuing education field, creating online modules as the subject matter expert and developing live courses. He has also completed research on emerging risks and ERM for health practitioners.
Max helps financial institutions implement an ERM process, peer reviewing current practices and suggesting ways to meet specific stakeholder needs. A major focus with clients has been to help them communicate current practices to stakeholders such as rating agencies.
Max is a member of several professional organizations, including the Society of Actuaries, American Academy of Actuaries, CFA Institute and the Society of Financial Service Providers. He has served his profession in a variety of ways including the Society of Actuaries Board of Governors and as chair of the ERM Symposium.
