Marty Callaghan, SPHR is a Project Consultant working in collaboration with SilverStone Group to provide assistance in the areas of Employee Handbooks, Policy and Procedure Manuals and General Human Resource Management.
Marty has more than 40 years of Human Resource Management experience serving as the Head of Human Resources for six companies including both Fortune 500 companies as well as privately-held companies representing numerous industries. During this time, Marty wrote or re-wrote five employee handbooks and developed several policy and procedure manuals.
Marty started his own company in 2005, providing consulting in Human Resource Management and developing employee handbooks and policy manuals for firms.
Mr. Callaghan is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management where he served on the Nebraska State Council for 18 years and as its Director for 4 years. He is past president of the Human Resources Management Association of the Midlands. He has taught for the Human Resources Certification Institute Preparation Course and has guest-lectured at local colleges.
