Amy started with SilverStone Group as an Account Manager in 2007. Her goal has always been to provide exemplary customer service as well as thorough and detailed risk analyses for her clients.
Amy is 100% committed to going above and beyond in everything she sets out to do. She received her Property and Casualty license in 2005 and has since served in private client risk management.
Amy’s experience has tailored her to writing proposals and policies for both affluent and general markets, including risk analysis for current insureds and maintaining lasting client relationships. Her commitment to providing quality coverages and client satisfaction makes her an integral member of the Private Client Service Team.
On an exciting note, Amy’s exemplary service, professionalism and dedication to her clients led her to be selected as the 2012 Outstanding CSR of the Year in Nebraska. “Amy represents the backbone of the insurance community, those customer service representatives distinguished for providing exceptional service on a daily basis,” stated Dr. William T. Amy prides herself on family and when not at SilverStone Group enjoys spending quality time with her husband and their high-spirited toddlers.
