M Community News: SilverStone's Von Riesen and Milledge Honored with Awards in Excellence

Tom Von Riesen, a Principal of SilverStone Group, a Member Firm in Omaha, Nebraska, is a recipient of the Carl G. Mammel, Jr. Award for 2008. This esteemed annual award celebrates superior Member Firm performance in the areas of marketing and sales. Tom has more than 20 years of experience in the industry, and his leadership and focus on his clients continue to fuel SilverStone's success. Tom is also a current member of the AALU Board and an active member of the M Community.
This prestigious award is named after Carl Mammel who, along with Eli Morgan, Peter Mullin, and Mark Solomon, founded M Financial Group in 1978. Their shared vision and commitment to superior products and service revolutionized the industry. The entire M Community has since grown to foster an unmatched culture of innovation and success, and looks to a bright future in the years ahead.
Nancy Milledge, a Vice President of SilverStone Group, is a recipient of the H.H. "Red" Nelson Award. The award's namesake, Howard Harold "Red" Nelson, was the founder and visionary of the current SilverStone Group, and well known for his dedication to his family, business, and community. The award recognizes Nancy for her outstanding achievement in client service and her contributions to the continued success of the company.
