Jackie Schulte

From her husband and son at home to her family of coworkers at SilverStone Group, Jackie just loves spending quality time with other people! As ImageRight (IR) Administrator in the Information Technology Department, she gets to work with all Associates throughout the firm. Jackie has over 24 years of experience in the industry that includes an extended background in Accounting.

Jackie collaborates with IR to make processes and others’ jobs more efficient, enabling SilverStone Group Associates to provide the best product to their clients. She also provides training for new hires and advanced classes on imaging software as well as offers support for troubleshooting or technical issues.

Jackie is far from the average IT employee! Her educational background began with a degree in Elementary Education, specializing in Early Childhood. And as Jackie likes to joke, she “found that working with adults is a lot like working with children.” Jackie’s time as a former school teacher has proved very beneficial throughout her career. Since the start of IR in 2006, she has provided assistance to end users on how to operate the program and eventually became the power user of the software.  Jackie says, “There are few occasions when I speak to SilverStone Group’s external clients, but my coworkers are my clients. I am here to assist them and make their jobs more efficient so that they can provide the best service to their clients.”

In 2007, Jackie received the H.H. “Red” Nelson Award for outstanding achievement in client service, an accomplishment she holds dear to her heart. Jackie is a member of the SilverStone Group Wellness Activity Group (WAG) and serves as Secretary/Treasurer. She appreciates that SilverStone Group provides her with the resources and opportunities to grow and learn. Jackie is proud to say she belongs to such an amazing organization and group of people, where they have truly become family.
