Omaha, NE | SilverStone Group is pleased to announce the addition of Nancy Petersen as Service Specialist to the Sioux Falls, South Dakota office.
Petersen’s responsibilities consist of coordinating all aspects of the day-to-day service needs for her clients, including helping to resolve any issues related to federal and state plan compliance, health carrier claim service, third party administration, employee education and human resources support.
Petersen adds an impressive range of highly technical health insurance and third party administrative experience to SilverStone Group, with previous positions that include Claims Manager, Claims Coder, Customer Service Manager, Claims and Enrollment Supervisor and, most recently, Client Services Supervisor. She brings this tremendous depth of experience to every interaction she has with the clients at SilverStone Group.
