Omaha, NE | SilverStone Group is pleased to announce that Merle Riepe has been promoted to Principal
In his role as Principal, Merle will be responsible for expanding SilverStone Group’s human capital consulting capacity in the areas of selection, leadership development and organizational development. In his previous position, Merle guided clients through critical leadership selection decisions and coached employees to help them increase their effectiveness. Merle managed employee engagement initiatives and assisted leaders in prioritizing the human capital needs that would provide the greatest value for the organization.

Merle has 12 years of experience in consulting, of which seven are with SilverStone Group. Merle received a PhD in Consulting Psychology from Alliant International University. He is a graduate of Leadership Omaha and is President of the Nebraska Wesleyan University Greater Omaha Club. Merle is a member of the Society for Industrial/Organizational Psychology, the Zeta Psi Omicron Elder Board and chairperson of SilverStone Group’s Wellness Activity Group.
