Susan brings more than 16 years of in-depth experience in insurance administration to her position at SilverStone Group. She possesses an array of skills which include claims processing, plan renewals, account billing and employee benefits administration.
Susan’s prior positions include working for a regional hospital and two national insurance providers, as well as extensive experience at a highly regarded area insurance agency. Susan attended Iowa State University from 1985 to 1987 and the University of Nebraska at Omaha from 1994 to 1996.
